This means that we do everything we can to ensure that your completed building project meets your expectations and complies with the agreement we have made: The price must be right, the schedule must be met, the building must look as you expect, and the quality must be top-class.
That is why our quality control begins as early as the receipt of materials and the review of drawings. In our experience, this is the best way to optimise and ensure quality at every stage of the construction process.
Our building projects of course always comply with the applicable regulations, including the Danish standard for the execution of load-bearing structures and the requirements for quality assurance and control in construction projects (DS 1140), as well as SBI 271 on documentation and control of load-bearing structures in accordance with the applicable Building Regulations (BR18).

To make it easy for you to maintain an overview of and insight into your building project, we use a digital quality assurance tool, so you can always follow your construction process in real time.
ACC simplifies large parts of the process and makes collaboration between you, as the client, and us, as the contractor, easier, as all parties always have access to all information, all schedules and the latest updates.
Using a digital tool in our construction process is also an important step in the development of a smarter and more modern construction industry, and helps move us towards sustainable work processes.

Our prerequisites for ensuring quality in your construction project
Expertise and extensive experience are essential when delivering construction projects of the highest quality. We have worked with modular construction for more than 25 years and therefore know this building method and its potential pitfalls very well.
In addition, we have a dedicated quality assurance specialist on our team who is responsible for quality assurance. Keld Alex Olesen is an experienced building constructor and has the comprehensive overview and overall responsibility for quality. Keld takes a structured and systematic approach to his work, which, among other things, has formed the basis for his specialisation in quality assurance.
