Relocatable project office for DSB
The building consists of 14 custom-built modules, fitted out as office and meeting facilities on two levels. On the first floor, the building comprises an open-plan office, while the ground floor is arranged with nine meeting rooms of various sizes, as well as a kitchenette and canteen facilities. The modular construction also supports the client’s plans to relocate the building to a new address once the current project has been completed.
Both floors of the building are also equipped with toilet facilities, one of which on the ground floor is accessible, adapted for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility in both size and layout.
The LCA result of 7.5 kg CO₂e/m²/year is based on the emission factors applicable to construction up to 01/07/2025.

Project design
The building has high insulation performance and low energy consumption in accordance with the applicable building regulations. Heating is provided via the installed underfloor heating, which is connected to the building’s air-to-water heat pump.
Internally, the building is constructed from carefully selected, healthy materials that provide a good indoor climate with favourable daylight conditions. The building is ventilated by 20 decentralised ventilation units with COâ‚‚ control, ensuring effective ventilation and a good working environment.
Externally, the building is clad in black high-pressure laminate and Thermowood, distributed in sections across the façade. The choice of materials and the flexible construction give the building a modern, clean-lined appearance.

It has been important to us that the building was flexible, so that from the outset it was constructed with the option to expand. Throughout the process, Concept Living have been flexible and solution-oriented. In that light, we are very satisfied with the final result.
