Nordic Swan Ecolabel single-family house in Herfølge

The architect-designed single-family house is built from three custom-built low-energy modules. The house is constructed using exclusive, climate-friendly and organic materials. It has three large bedrooms, with the master bedroom located on the first floor with its own bathroom, walk-in closet and balcony. The layout also includes an open-plan kitchen-dining area connected to the living room, an entrance hall with stairs to the first floor, a landing with space for a home office, and a functional utility room.

The interior layout, choice of kitchen and bathroom fittings, flooring, etc. is tailored to the client’s wishes and preferences.

Externally, the house is clad with light-coloured façade panels and boards, roofing felt topped with sedum/green roof, and solar panels on the roof of the first floor.

The house’s modular construction provides flexibility, making it possible to mirror the layout, move walls or expand the footprint with additional modules, so the home can be adapted to specific needs.
