Newly built office facilities for AarBus
The building consists of 10 custom-built modules, fitted out as office and meeting facilities on a single level. The building’s many square metres are divided into 11 individual offices, three meeting rooms, a reception area and canteen facilities for employees. The building also includes several toilets, one of which is accessible, adapted in size and layout for wheelchair users and people with reduced mobility.
The LCA result of 9.9 kg CO₂-eq./m²/year is based on the emission factors applicable at the time of construction.

Project design
Internally, the building is constructed using carefully selected, healthy materials that ensure a good working environment with good lighting conditions and good acoustics. A central ventilation system is installed on the roof of the building, ensuring good ventilation and a good working environment throughout the building.
Externally, the building is clad in anthracite-grey Rockpanel and with Thermo pine boards at the main entrance. Materials that give the building a modern, clean-lined appearance.
The building has high insulation performance and low energy consumption in accordance with the current building regulations. The building is heated via the installed underfloor heating, with district heating as the heat source.

We previously worked in old workshop buildings converted into offices. However, this was not optimal due to cold in winter, heat in summer and noise nuisance. We also needed to bring employees together in one place. Therefore, it was a major advantage to be able to start from scratch and fit everything out according to our needs. We planned the size, office layout and flow in the building. It has several entrances for drivers, the operations centre and the lost property office. The dialogue with Concept Living has been good. They were solution-oriented and ensured a fast process from installation to commissioning.
