Maxi Flex

Our versatile and cost-effective classic

The Maxi Flex module is the ideal solution for you if, as a contractor, housing association or similar, you need temporary premises. Maxi Flex is a flexible module that, in addition to fixed corners, allows the layout to be adapted so it best meets your needs. The Maxi Flex modules can also be expanded indefinitely in width and up to 3 storeys—and if, after a period, you need more or fewer modules, it is possible to adjust on an ongoing basis.

Maxi Flex modules are also available in a range of variants designed for different purposes, which are particularly suitable for staff facilities on construction sites, such as a site manager’s office, changing rooms, toilet/shower and dining room, as well as for rehousing projects where there are legal requirements regarding quality.
Due to its robust construction, our special 20-person BTO module (bath-toilet-changing) is a safe choice for large construction sites where changing facilities and canteen are required to be separated.

The Maxi Flex modules are also offered in an energy-optimised variant, called EX2, which is equipped with an air-to-air heat pump, ventilation system, LED lighting and fire alarm.

Built according to Design for disassembly

We work by the principle that our buildings should be easy to dismantle, that end-of-life building materials should be sorted for waste, and that as much as possible should be reused.

That is why we build our Multimodules based on the principle of design for disassembly. This means that the pavilions’ elements—external as well as internal walls—can be moved around, modified or replaced, as if they were LEGO bricks. A principle that makes it easier for you to build temporarily with a clear conscience.

In our view, design for disassembly offers many benefits for you, for us and for the planet: It lowers your cost because the vast majority of the elements are reused (but of course in neat, fully functional condition). It increases our efficiency and shortens lead times because we have finished elements ready to be assembled. And not least, circularity helps conserve the earth’s resources, reduce waste and cut CO2 emissions.

Shall we help you with your construction project?
