KM15

Our versatile and cost-effective classic

KM15 is the ideal choice when you temporarily need more space and want the best possible acoustics, indoor climate, and energy savings combined with high comfort. With KM15 modules, the possibilities are many and the details are well thought out. Thanks to the high quality and comfort, KM15 is an obvious choice for those who need space for, among other things, education, office facilities, receptions, exhibitions or showrooms, courses, and much more.

KM15 is our answer to a mobile low-energy building and is therefore the choice for those who want to reduce operating costs. With an efficient heat pump, comfortable heat recovery, top-class insulation performance, and comfortable underfloor heating, KM15 modules can deliver savings of up to 85 percent compared with traditional modules with electric radiators. All in all, KM15 offers the best total cost of ownership of all our modules.

KM15 is a flexible module with fixed corners and replaceable external walls incl. windows and doors. This allows you to tailor the configuration to best meet your needs. KM15 modules can also be expanded indefinitely in width and up to 3 storeys—and if, after a period, you need more or fewer modules, it is possible to adjust on an ongoing basis.

We work on the principle that it must be easy to dismantle our buildings, sort waste from end-of-life building materials, and reuse as much as possible.

That is why we build our Multimodules based on the principle of design for disassembly. This means that the pavilion elements—external and internal walls—can be moved around, modified, or replaced as if they were LEGO bricks. A principle that makes it easier for you to build temporarily with a clear conscience.

In our view, design for disassembly offers many benefits for you, for us, and for the planet: It lowers your price because the vast majority of the elements are reused (but of course in neat and fully functional condition). It increases our efficiency and shortens delivery times because we have finished elements ready to be assembled. And not least, circularity helps conserve the earth’s resources, reduce waste, and cut CO2 emissions.
