6 newly refurbished standard modules, each measuring 26.69 m2, are available for rent or sale—individually or as a complete set. Each module is designed as a large, bright room, making them ideal for office facilities or similar purposes.
Externally, the modules are clad in black-painted timber, and internally the walls and ceilings are constructed from high-quality materials to ensure a good and comfortable indoor climate. The floors are finished with hard-wearing linoleum, and the ceilings are fitted with acoustic panels from Knauf. The modules also come with electrical installations already fitted.
The modules, of course, comply with all requirements for temporary buildings.
