The building consists of 6 Multi modules distributed across eight smaller offices, a large meeting room with seating for 18 people, toilet facilities, as well as tea kitchens and spacious corridor areas. The building is equipped with a ramp to the main entrance to ensure easy, step-free access. The exterior cladding is a combination of aluminium/zinc corrugated sheets and anthracite-grey profiled cladding. The building is fitted with large windows in all occupied rooms to provide natural light. Internally, the building is constructed with bright rooms, and the choice of materials has been made with a focus on creating a healthy and comfortable indoor climate. The ceilings are also clad with wood-wool cement boards to provide optimal acoustics. Electrical installations, smoke alarms and LED lighting are installed throughout the building. The building has both an internal and an external staircase to ensure easy access throughout. On the upper floor, it is also possible to use the available roof area on modules four and five as a roof terrace, if desired. Externally, the building is clad in anthracite-grey fibre cement and roofing felt, and internally the walls, ceilings and floors are made from healthy, high-quality materials to provide a good and comfortable indoor climate. Individual office modules

Newly refurbished standard modules for office facilities 6 newly refurbished standard modules, each measuring 26.69 m2, are available for rent or sale—individually or as a complete set. Each module is designed as a large, bright room, making them ideal for office facilities or similar purposes. Externally, the modules are clad in black-painted timber, and internally the walls and ceilings are constructed from high-quality materials to ensure a good and comfortable indoor climate. The floors are finished with hard-wearing linoleum, and the ceilings are fitted with acoustic panels from Knauf. The modules also come with electrical installations already fitted. The modules, of course, comply with all requirements for temporary buildings.
