At Concept Living, we create solid yet flexible frameworks in healthy materials—for people, for projects, and for everyday life. We develop, deliver, and construct modular and pavilion solutions that work in practice, whether your need is temporary or permanent.
Our company
Concept Living originated from our parent company, ABC Pavilloner, in 2006, with the aim of specialising in permanent, prefabricated construction, while our parent company primarily focuses on temporary pavilion and modular solutions. We are both part of Dansk ABC Holding.
We are based in Engesvang, where we have our production and administration. In addition, we have a branch in Karlslunde on Zealand and an additional production facility in Lithuania.
We have a dedicated, close-knit team where tradespeople, building constructors, and administration work closely together. By bringing all disciplines together in one place, we can work faster, take a holistic approach, and ensure high quality throughout the entire construction process.
Our focus and vision
Concept Living was founded out of a desire to combine specialisation and skilled craftsmanship with healthy, durable, permanent modular buildings.
That ambition has shaped everything we do ever since and still underpins our work with flexible, functional solutions where quality and durability are always at the centre.
We offer bespoke and flexible modular buildings for, among other things, offices, education, institutions, and housing—delivered as a turnkey or main contract. We approach each project as a whole—from advice and planning to the finished result—always focusing on how we can create the greatest value for you as a customer.
Our goal is to be among the best in modular- and pavilion-based housing and commercial buildings. That is why we continuously develop new construction methods, improve our products, and strengthen our employees’ competencies. With all trades gathered in-house—from tradespeople to certified drainage, plumbing, and electrical installers, as well as building constructors and engineers—we can advise you and support you professionally throughout the entire construction process.
We take responsibility
Responsibility is not an add-on you can choose in or out with us. It is an integral part of the way we work. We take responsibility for our employees, our partners, and the world around us.
That is why we work purposefully to continuously further develop our modules and processes, and we steadily phase out materials when we find new and better alternatives that reduce the environmental impact, provide a healthier indoor climate, or otherwise create long-term value.
